We have decided to reward our users for telling their friends about our website. The idea is simple, you found us because you wanted to buy, sell and trade video games and DVDs; so now it's time to spread the word and help us grow our community.

How it works:

When your friends register they will be asked if anyone referred them to the site; Make sure they know your username and type it into the appropriate box. Once you have gotten 10 people to sign up, we will send you your T-Shirt. It's as simple as that.

T-Shirt Promo Rules:

  • In order to win a free t-shirt, a user must refer 10 unique users and get them to complete the registration process on Nintari.net.
  • Only one registration is allowed per individual. Individuals that sign up for more than one account will not be counted as unique users.
  • All users who refer 10 unique users will be awarded a t-shirt.
  • In order for a referral to count, the user must put the username of the person that referred them to the site in the registration form.
  • A user will only count as a referral if they have completed the registration process and have entered a valid name, e-mail address and postal address.
  • Winners of the free t-shirt must be permanent residents of the United States or Canada; however anyone can refer users to Nintari.net.
  • A user can refer more than 10 users however, only one t-shirt will be awarded to each individual user.
  • Winners of the t-shirt will be contacted by e-mail to confirm their postal address.
  • Confirmation of a postal address will be needed before the t-shirt will be sent out.
  • If a winner does not confirm their address within 60 days of notification they forfeit their prize.
  • All entrants must be at least 13 years old.
  • Canadian residents are required to correctly answer a skill testing question before receiving their prize.
  • Nintari.net reserves the right to post the names of the winners on Nintari.net.
  • The promotion can be ended at any time, at the discretion of Nintari.net.
  • The promotion will begin on Friday, April 2, 2004.
  • All applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • The prize cannot be redeemed for cash value
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
