Description

Kazuma is a genetically mutated human who possesses special powers and abilities. His mutations occurred in the aftermath of an environmental disaster that destroyed much of the country. Although humanity has begun rebuilding their cities, the humans who were genetically affected by the disaster like Kazuma have come to be known as Alters. In these episodes, the Alters find themselves the target of a ground operation intended to capture them that is headed by the reluctant Commander Zigmarl. Forced to band together, Kimishima and Kazuma rally their fellow Alters to hold off Zigmarl, but even as they stave off capture, rivalries form beneath the veneer of togetherness.
