As was often the case with the show, a surprising amount of future stars are present throughout. "Portrait of a Painter" features William Shatner as an artist attempting to convince police of his innocence when his wife is found brutally murdered; "Alive and Still a Second Lieutenant" follows the torrid tale of a man berated by a fellow office worker (played by Jon Voight); Walter Matthau features in "Don't Knock it Till You've Tried It," playing a kidnapped psychologist; Finally, "The Tragic Success of Alfred Tiloff" is a further tale of kidnapping woes, and stars Jack Klugman from QUINCY.
